Retailer subscription (SIMPLE)

Introduction

This article establishes the conditions of membership to CBDMAPS as a merchant wishing to be listed in our online directory.

We invite you to read these terms carefully before subscribing to our special "Merchant" subscription. They define the rights and obligations that will govern your registration on our platform.

Join the directory as a retailer

By subscribing to our special "Merchant (Simple)" subscription, at a cost of €239.88 per year or €479.76 for 2 years, you (hereinafter referred to as "merchant") obtain the privilege of being included in our directory as a professional in the hemp and CBD sector.

In exchange for this membership, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about your company. CBDMAPS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any membership in the event of information found to be inaccurate, misleading or in violation of our terms of use.

Managing the "merchant" company file

As a "Merchant (single)" subscriber, you have a set of rights to actively manage your company's entry in our directory. This includes :

Number of company files

• The ability to manage up to 2 company pages.

Choice of category(ies)

• Define and edit the category for each master record among the following options:
  • Banks
  • Physical shops
  • Breeders & Seedbanks
  • Consulting & Education
  • E-commerce website
  • Laboratories (Analyses, Extractions)
  • Logistics (Packaging, Delivery)
  • Media
  • Legal professionals (lawyers, notaries)
  • Healthcare professionals (dermatologists, general practitioners, psychologists, midwives)
  • Restaurant (Cafés)

Customization options for your card(s) include

• Customize your company's location and address.
• Customize your company description.
• Featured image selection for your CBDMAPS files.
• Management of notices, comments and reviews.
• Definition of general options for your CBDMAPS files.
• Specify your company's address and location.
• Definition of contact information for the company page.
• Definition of opening hours for your cards.
• Company page image gallery configuration.

Customization options for your card(s) NOT included

• The ability to manage more than 2 files
• Define opening hours
• Define image gallery
• Promotions not included

Bonus

You'll benefit from a post on our social networks highlighting your company's profile.

Renewal and Termination

At the end of the initial contract period, the CBDMAPS team will contact you to propose the renewal of your subscription. You will receive a summary of the billing period and a new invoice for the following period. This way, you can maintain your presence in our directory on an ongoing basis.

You also retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of termination, your subscription will not be renewed, and our team will no longer contact you regarding this matter. CBDMAPS does not refund unused months within a current contract and your listing will remain online until the end of the current contract.

For example, if you have a current 12-month subscription and choose to cancel after 6 months, your listing will remain visible until the end of the contractual 12 months, but your subscription will not be renewed on its "anniversary" date.

Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights associated with the information you submit as part of your registration.

By providing us with this information, you grant us the right to use and publish this information as part of our directory-related activities (social networks, promotions, etc.).

Liability

While CBDMAPS uses reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed in our directory, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of this information at all times.

Accordingly, you use our directory at your own risk, and CBDMAPS shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our platform.

Acceptance of Conditions

By subscribing to the special "Merchant" subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. CBDMAPS reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on our website.
