The Hemp of Hergicourt

LE CHANVRE DE HERGICOURT is a small family business based in Barchon. For 30 years, they have been offering healthy products made from hemp (and, more recently, sunflower oil).

After 30 years in arboriculture, Michel converted to organic hemp and sunflower growing. At the time, the fruit trees were getting too old and had to be uprooted. Michel didn't feel up to such a project, so he decided to sell his land and keep just a few hectares (+- 5 hectares) to start growing organic hemp and sunflower.
