I'm 35, grew up in the Muscadet region on Gabbro!!! I've always been attracted to wine, so I did a BEP, a BAC pro and a BTS in wine and spirits in a craft brewery. The aim was to become a wine merchant... but in the end it was the birth of craft beer and I felt good at the brewery, so I stayed for 12 years. I sold beer exclusively in cellars and delicatessens in the west of France. This enabled me to hone my knowledge of wine, as customers would often share their knowledge and their vintages with me... at the same time, I spent a lot of time at wine fairs and visiting vineyards and winemakers!

In beer, I played with hop flowers to give the aromatic signature, the textures... Hemp being the cousin of hops. I often found similarities... At a party, a friend said to me «why don't you make hemp wine?

I found the idea captivating!

I mixed the different techniques (wine and beer) with the idea of respecting the wine and the clean tastes of hemp!

Quite a few tests on different wines, ageings, terroirs, different varieties of flowers, hemp terroirs, lunar calendar and the tests proved conclusive and, above all, did not exist on the market! So I'm launching in 2021 with the aim of astonishing people, surprising them and, above all, being proud of every pin!

Since 2023, I've been running a small, specialized wine merchant business, producing organic Muscadet for 40 years, harvested by hand on Gabbro soil and aged (16-44-66 months on lees), and a fine Syrah-Grenache from the Roussillon village of Caramany, which are the same wines as Brume without the flowers, so you can taste the same wine with and without the flowers, and realize that they're superb wines and that the work is really worthwhile. I've spiced up the aromas and textures, as can be done, for example, with barrel aging...

For a year now, I've been running workshops where people can come to the winery to taste my BRUME cuvées (wine+hemp) with cheeses or make their own hemp cuvée - they blend, bottle, cork, wax and leave with the bottle they've made!
