The gateway to Wallonia's industrial hemp sector!

Relaunched in 2009, industrial hemp cultivation will cover around 500 hectares in Belgium in 2017, mainly in Wallonia. The challenge is to reach 1,000 hectares by 2020! This rapid development is made possible by the commitment of Walloon companies in both hemp cultivation and processing:
BelChanvre; IsoHemp; ChanvrEco; Purchanvre; Be. Hemp. The ASBL Chanvre wallon animates, structures and supports the development of this nascent sector. It also works to popularize the many products made from Walloon hemp. This portal presents news, cultivation practices, the product range, current research and, above all, the players in the Walloon hemp sector.
