The Cevenol Hemp

Hemp Cévenol farms 110 hectares in the Cévennes foothills, 28 of which are planted with vines, using organic farming principles.

This year, our two sons, Mathieu and Antonin, decided to diversify by sowing hemp.

I've been a farmer for 35 years, I've had cows, we've sown wheat, sunflowers, tried various crops like teff or safflower, we have positioned ourselves on the vine over the last ten years.

We converted to organic farming in 2005, for the vines and part of the arable land.
The hemp is not certified organic, but it has been grown according to our principles of respect for the environment.

For vines, we are certified bee friendlyIn other words, we are controlled according to rigorous specifications to guarantee the health of bees, which are essential allies for farmers.

We work as a family, father, mother and two children, respecting each other's convictions.

When Mathieu suggested planting hemp, we agreed, as it was in line with our desire for openness.
