The farm is located in Basilicata, precisely in Policoro, on the fertile plain of Metaponto, 3 km from the Ionian Sea, where the sun never sets.

Only certified seeds registered in the list of varieties accepted by the European Community are grown. Savory Tops genetics come from a selection process based on Carmagnola S. and Tiborszallasi varieties.
