We invite you to read these terms carefully before subscribing to our special \"Distributor X 10\" membership. They define the rights and obligations that will govern your registration on our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Distributor directory membership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By subscribing to our special \"Distributor X 10\" subscription, at a cost of \u20ac699 per month, you gain the privilege of being included in our directory as a professional in the hemp and CBD sector. This subscription allows you to manage up to 10 business listings, with the option of defining categories for each listing from among the following options: Physical stores, Distributors and Wholesalers. In exchange for this membership, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about your company. CBDMAPS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any membership in the event of information deemed inaccurate, misleading or in violation of our terms of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Company file management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a \"Distributor X 10\" subscriber, you benefit from a set of rights to actively manage your company's listings in our directory. This includes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ability to manage up to 10 company files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and edit categories for each card among the available options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized locations and addresses for each company card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize the content of each company sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection of the featured image for each CBDMAPS file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criticism management for each element of your files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defining addresses and element locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definition of contact information for each company file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What your file management does NOT include<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The definition of opening hours for businesses on their card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image gallery configuration for index cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prominence on Instagram\/Facebook in the form of a story or article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paid subscription<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \"Distributor X 10\" special subscription entitles you to actively manage up to 10 company entries in our directory. You'll also be able to update information and benefit from other specific advantages linked to this subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Renewal and Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the initial contract period, the CBDMAPS team will contact you to propose the renewal of your subscription. You will receive a summary of the billing period and a new invoice for the following period. This way, you can maintain your presence in our directory on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You also retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time. In the event of termination, your subscription will not be renewed, and our team will no longer contact you regarding this matter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CBDMAPS does not refund unused months within a current contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, if you have a current 12-month subscription and choose to cancel after 6 months, your listing will remain visible until the end of the contractual 12 months, but your subscription will not be renewed on its \"anniversary\" date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You retain all intellectual property rights associated with the information you submit as part of your registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By providing us with this information, you grant us the right to use and publish this information as part of our directory-related activities (social networks, promotions, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While CBDMAPS uses reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed in our directory, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of such information. Accordingly, you use our directory at your own risk, and CBDMAPS shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acceptance of Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By subscribing to the \"Distributor X 10\" special subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. CBDMAPS reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, effective immediately upon publication on our website.
