Since 2009, Assocanapa Srl has started the production and marketing of semi-finished products based on hemp seeds for the food/nutraceutical sector (seed oil, shelled seeds, flour) and finished products (pasta, sweet and savoury pastries, chocolate, drinks).

In 2012, it is cosmetic and healing products based on hemp seed oil and cannabinoid complex.

In 2013 , he arrived at a first yarn and fabric with hemp fiber produced in Italy, in collaboration with a spinning and weaving company in the Biella area.

In 2015 , with his Sardinian partner, he filed a patent application for a hemp seed huller.

Assocanapa Srl was a regular member of EHIA (European Hemp Industry Association) until the end of 2015, when it exited by opposing views in the discourse on THC limits in food, given the limits they also wanted to have approved. binding; was associated with Chimica Verde (Legambiente) based in Milan, the Consortium of Hemp Producers of Castelfranco Emilia (MO) and Natural Capitalism based in Massarosa (LU).

In 2005/2008 it participated in the pilot project "Canapone" financed by ARSIA of the Tuscany Region for the development of the hemp textile sector. Together with other partners active in the agricultural machinery sector, it qualified for the "Made in Italy" tender of the Ministry of Development.
