Producer/Farmer subscription

Introduction

This article governs the terms and conditions of your CBDMAPS membership as a hemp and CBD professional wishing to be listed in our online directory in the "Grower & Farmer" category.

We urge you to read these conditions carefully before subscribing to our special "Producer" subscription. They set out the rights and responsibilities that will guide your registration on our platform.

Producer directory membership

By subscribing to our special "Producer" subscription for an annual fee of €107.88, you (hereinafter referred to as "Producer") obtain the privilege of being included in our directory as a professional in the hemp and CBD sector. In exchange for this membership, you become the owner of your company listing, and as such, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about your company. It is important to note that CBDMAPS reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any membership in the presence of information deemed inaccurate, misleading or in violation of our terms of use.

Managing the "producer" company file

As a "Producer" subscriber, you have the rights to actively manage your company's entry in our directory. These rights include :

• Definition of locations for company cards.
• Customize the content of your form.
• Featured image selection for your CBDMAPS file.
• Manage reviews and comments on your listing.
• Specify your company's address and location.
• Updating contact information.
• Determining opening hours.
• Configure extension options for articles related to your business.

What your file management does NOT include

• The ability to manage multiple records with the same subscription. (One file per producer)
• Choice of category (this is preset to "producer")

Renewal and Termination

At the end of the contract period, the CBDMAPS team will contact you to propose the renewal of your subscription. You will receive a document summarizing the billing period and a new invoice for the following period. This gives you the opportunity to maintain your presence in our directory on an ongoing basis.

You also retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note: In the event of cancellation, your subscription will not be renewed, and our team will no longer contact you regarding this matter.

It is important to note that CBDMAPS does not refund unused months within a current contract.

For example, if you have a current 12-month subscription and choose to cancel after 6 months, your listing will remain visible until the end of the contractual 12 months, but your subscription will not be renewed on its "anniversary" date.

Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights associated with the information you submit as part of your registration.

By providing us with this information, you grant us the right to use and publish this information as part of our directory-related activities (social networks, promotions, etc.).

Liability

While CBDMAPS uses reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed in our directory, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of this information at all times.

Accordingly, you use our directory at your own risk, and CBDMAPS shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our platform.

Acceptance of Conditions

By subscribing to the special "Producer" subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. CBDMAPS reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on our website.
